ANCOR's COVID-19 Resource Center includes everything you need to know about how your national association is responding to the pandemic. It also curates resources for disability support providers and others from state and federal governments, public health authorities, national disability organizations and others to help you stay abreast of the latest developments and aware of best practices related to this unprecedented global health crisis.
ANCOR continues to be highly concerned about the impact of COVID-19 and its potential impact on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the providers on which they rely, and their friends and family members. ANCOR has assembled a COVID-19 response team comprised of ANCOR staff in various roles across the organization, and our team continues to monitor the situation daily. As new information and resources are made available, we update this COVID-19 Resource Center to ensure you are as well-equipped as possible to prepare for and respond to a coronavirus outbreak in your community. We are also actively engaged in legislative and administrative advocacy levels at the federal level to increase access to critical resources for disability service providers to bolster their ability to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.
If you're new to ANCOR's COVID-19 Resource Center, we encourage you to review the following resources:
The resources in this section are designed to ensure that disability provider organizations are up-to-date on the latest actions ANCOR is taking to help providers manage through the COVID-19 crisis, as well as what resources are being made available through various federal actions in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The resources in this section pertain to state policy actions of which ANCOR is aware. This page is also used to track what states are doing and the guidance they are issuing in response to the spread of COVID-19 (i.e., the coronavirus).
The resources in this section are designed to equip disability provider organizations with guidance from public health experts and organizations so they can mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The resources housed on this page are designed to build the capacity of providers to support people with I/DD during the COVID-19 pandemic. Special thanks to our partner organizations that have provided free access to several of the resources listed here.
