Sasha Sencer

Sasha Sencer brings over two decades of expertise in educational philosophy and curriculum design to her role as ANCOR’s Director of Education. With a master’s in education in Transformative Teaching from George Mason University, Sasha’s commitment to progressive pedagogy is evident in her work, where she manages and facilitates ANCOR’s diverse educational offerings, ensuring they are inclusive and accessible to all.

Prior to joining ANCOR, Sasha served as the first female-identifying Head of the Upper School at Louisville Collegiate, where she led initiatives to address diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, spearheaded COVID-19 response efforts, and provided support for the professional growth of administrators. Her extensive career also includes accolades as an award-winning history teacher and a prominent leader in the world of competitive high school speech and debate. With a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, Sasha’s multidisciplinary background equips her well in her development of adult learning opportunities for professionals looking to expand their leadership acumen.
