As CEO of the Kentucky Association of Private Providers (KAPP), she represents Medicaid waiver providers across the state, advocating for policies that strengthen disability services and support the professionals delivering care.
Before leading KAPP, Amy served as a health policy advisor to the Speaker of the Kentucky House of Representatives, where she helped shape key legislation affecting Medicaid services. Her deep understanding of state policy, provider needs, and waiver complexities makes her a trusted voice in advocacy and system reform. She is passionate about ensuring that both individuals receiving services and the professionals who support them have the resources, respect, and stability they need.
