About Ayesha

Ayesha Webster is a leader in quality improvement, incident management, and disability services, with over 10 years of experience advocating for people with I/DD. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Employment Specialist, gaining hands-on experience in advocacy and individualized support. These early roles fueled her passion for person-centered care and set her on a path to leadership.

Now serving as Assistant Director of Quality Improvement at National Children’s Center (NCC), Ayesha works to improve service quality, ensure compliance, and create sustainable, person-centered programs. She has investigated hundreds of incidents, developed policies to improve operations, and overseen audits that drive higher standards of care. As a certified professional investigator, she plays a key role in ensuring ethical, high-quality service delivery.

Ayesha is passionate about learning and growth, always looking for ways to improve services, strengthen leadership, and drive innovation. Her strategic approach has made her a respected voice in disability services.

Through the ANCOR Leadership Academy, Ayesha gained mentorship, networking opportunities, and leadership training that helped her build confidence and take on new challenges. Connecting with leaders from across the world gave her fresh insights into best practices in I/DD services, reinforcing her commitment to creating meaningful change.
