Jennifer Hodges

About Jennifer

Jennifer L. Hodges is a passionate leader and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has devoted more than two decades to advancing quality services and person-centered supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). As Network Director and a member of the Executive Team at Trinity Services, Inc., Jennifer oversees a broad range of programs—including residential services, day supports, employment services, nursing, clinical teams, and technology-driven innovations—that help individuals thrive in community life.

Starting her career as a Direct Support Professional, Jennifer’s journey reflects her deep commitment to growth, advocacy, and high standards of care. Over her 24 years at Trinity, she has led strategic initiatives, managed complex Medicaid-funded services, written successful grants to expand technology supports, and played a key role in agency-wide leadership development and organizational culture. She’s an experienced clinician who has supervised bachelor’s and master’s level social work interns for more than fifteen years and has trained nationally on person-centered planning, including the Flourish Planning Process grounded in positive psychology.

Beyond her work at Trinity, Jennifer actively contributes to the broader field. She serves on the South Suburban Regional Human Rights Authority Board, participates in the Intersect for Ability Council, and co-chairs committees focused on healthy relationships, sexuality, and diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging. Her leadership, expertise, and commitment to inclusion were recognized in 2025 when she was honored as the ANCOR Foundation Mid-Career Professional Rising Star Award recipient.

When she’s not leading change in the field, Jennifer loves spending time with her children, crocheting, gardening, traveling, and reading for professional growth.
