About Juliette

Juliette Prioleau Michael is a values-driven leader who brings more than 15 years of deep operational experience to her role as Director of Operations at RCM of Washington, Inc. Since joining the organization in 2007, she has helped shape nearly every part of the agency—from human resources and finance to family engagement and incident management. Her leadership is grounded in trust, compassion, and a commitment to building systems that work for both people receiving supports and the staff who walk alongside them.

Juliette is known for her steady presence, her ability to connect across teams, and her deep belief that strong operations can—and should—be person-centered. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations, and a Master of Science in Law with a specialization in Health Care Law. Her approach is informed not just by her degrees, but by a lifetime of lived experience. Growing up as an “Army Brat,” Juliette learned early the importance of cultural humility, adaptability, and leading with care.

In addition to her role at RCM, Juliette is a Level One Certified Investigator, a Person-Centered Thinking Coach and Leader, and a certified Special Olympics coach. She completed the University of Delaware’s Virtual Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities in 2021 and serves on Washington, DC’s Department on Disability Services RCRC Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three children—and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles with unapologetic pride.
