About Juliette

Juliette Prioleau Michael is a values-driven leader with more than 15 years of operational experience. Since joining RCM of Washington, Inc. in 2007, she has helped shape nearly every part of the agency, including human resources, finance, family engagement, and incident management. As Director of Operations, she leads with trust, compassion, and a commitment to building systems that support both the people receiving services and the staff who walk alongside them.

Juliette is known for her steady presence, her ability to connect across teams, and her belief that strong operations can and should be person-centered. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations, and a Master of Science in Law with a focus in Health Care Law. Her leadership style is also shaped by her lived experience. Growing up as an “Army Brat,” she learned the importance of cultural humility, adaptability, and leading with care.

Beyond her role at RCM, Juliette is a Level One Certified Investigator, a Person-Centered Thinking Coach and Leader, and a certified Special Olympics coach. She completed the University of Delaware’s Virtual Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities in 2021 and serves on Washington, DC’s Department on Disability Services RCRC Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three children—and proudly cheers for the Philadelphia Eagles.
