Kelsey Kostohryz

Kelsey Kostohryz, is a national leader in self-directed services, financial stewardship, and systems-level transformation. As the FMS National Director at Mains’l Services, she oversees the growth, strategy, and operational excellence of Financial Management Services (FMS) across multiple states. Her work ensures that people directing their own services have the infrastructure, accountability, and flexibility needed to thrive.

Rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, Kelsey is deeply committed to equity, transparency, and inclusive decision-making. She brings over a decade of leadership experience spanning program development, compliance, healthcare management, and public policy advocacy. Prior to joining Mains’l, she held senior roles at Lifeworks Services, where she led regional operations, strategic planning, and workforce development initiatives.

Kelsey was appointed to Minnesota’s CFSS Development and Implementation Council in 2020, contributing her insights as both a systems leader and a family member. She’s also active with the Minnesota First Provider Alliance and remains engaged with state and national efforts to improve services and supports through thoughtful policy and practice.
