Laura Vogel has spent more than 20 years helping people with disabilities live full and connected lives. She is the Senior Director of Integrated Care Services at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. In this role, she oversees Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, Host Homes, and Care Coordination, which together support more than 4,500 people across the state.
Laura leads a team of over 100 staff. She is known for combining high standards with practical solutions. At LSS, she has expanded Host Homes and Life Sharing, built strong community partnerships, and secured funding to keep services strong for the future. She is also a trusted voice in the field, sharing her expertise through the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Lutheran Services in America, and the Association of Residential Resources in Minnesota.
Laura is a graduate of the 2022 ANCOR Leadership Academy. Since then, she has presented at the ANCOR Annual Conference and joined the Foundation’s Leadership Development Workgroup. She is valued for her collaborative style, steady leadership, and her belief that every voice deserves to be heard.
