LeAnn is a mission-driven leader with over 25 years of experience advancing inclusive services for individuals with I/DD. As Director of Community Living Services at Hope Haven, Inc., LeAnn oversees programs across Northwest Iowa and Southwest Minnesota, leading teams that deliver high-quality, person-centered supports. Her work has impacted countless children and adults, reflecting a deep commitment to community inclusion and service excellence.
A proud graduate of Buena Vista University (BVU), LeAnn holds a double major in Human Services and Psychology and earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from BVU in 2024. She is known for building strong, cohesive teams, leading strategic workforce development efforts, and championing quality improvement initiatives across nonprofit settings.
LeAnn is a CARF surveyor and an active contributor to the field. She serves on ANCOR’s Professional and Organizational Development Committee, the Disability Board of Iowa Lakes Community College, and her local City Council. LeAnn is also a dedicated member of Rotary, bringing her values of service and connection into every space she enters.
