About Nathan

Dr. Nathan Henninger is a board-certified Clinical Child Psychologist and dynamic executive leader with a deep commitment to improving systems of care for children and families. As Vice President of Programs at Boundless, Nathan is responsible for overseeing more than $170 million in direct services across the state of Ohio, leading interdisciplinary teams and driving strategic growth across residential, clinical, and community-based programs.

Known for blending clinical insight with operational strategy, Nathan has led major initiatives in fiscal modeling, electronic health record implementation, and outcome-driven service design. His expertise spans autism spectrum disorders, child and adolescent psychology, and psychological assessment, and he brings a trauma-informed lens to every layer of leadership. Whether he’s mentoring team members, analyzing data for quality improvement, or facilitating CARF accreditation, Nathan’s work reflects a clear mission: to build strong systems that work better for the people they serve.

Nathan’s leadership extends beyond his organization. He serves on several statewide bodies—including the Collaborative Quality Committee for the Ohio Children’s Alliance, the Partnership Council for Ohio InCK, and the Outcomes Acceleration for Kids Regional Improvement Team. He is also an active contributor to ANCOR’s national network, serving on the Professional and Organizational Development Committee and the ANCOR Foundation Leadership Development Workgroup. A proud graduate of the 2024 ANCOR Leadership Academy, Nathan now pays it forward as a mentor to the class of 2026.

When not immersed in system transformation, Nathan recharges through music, soccer, and time with his beloved dogs.
