About Pam
Pam Zimmerman is a mission-driven executive who believes that meaningful change in disability and aging services happens when values guide strategy. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across social work, health care, and long-term services and supports (LTSS), Pam has dedicated her career to strengthening systems that promote inclusion, dignity, and person-centered care.
As Vice President of Programs at Accord, Pam oversees strategic growth and operational excellence across service lines for individuals with disabilities and complex health needs. Her leadership has been instrumental in Accord earning Person-Centered Excellence with Distinction from the Council on Quality and Leadership—a reflection of her commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation. Pam also serves on Accord’s C-suite team and holds key statewide leadership roles, including on the Steering Committee of Altair ACO, LLC and as the current Secretary/Treasurer and Immediate Past President of the Minnesota Gerontological Society.
Pam is currently advancing her practice as a Person-Centered Thinking Trainer through The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices, deepening her belief that services should always reflect the goals and preferences of the people they support. Outside of work, she finds joy in family time and travel.
