About Precious

Precious “Preciosa” Myers-Brown is a pioneering leader in disability services, technology integration, and inclusive innovation, with over 30 years of experience in human services, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and mental health. As the Chief Innovation & Dream Officer at Vista Supports, LLC, she is at the forefront of leveraging technology to empower individuals with disabilities and seniors, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to live independently and fully participate in their communities.

A Tech First advocate, Precious made history by creating the first smart home in the District of Columbia, setting a new standard for technology-driven accessibility solutions. Beyond innovation, she is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and bridging the digital divide, working to ensure people with disabilities have equitable access to the technology and support they need to thrive.

Precious is a widely recognized advocate and changemaker, serving as Vice President of the DC Coalition of Disability Service Providers and leading multiple Tech First initiatives that advance equity, inclusion, and independence for individuals with disabilities. She is deeply committed to creating a future where accessibility is a given, not an afterthought—and her work continues to inspire and drive meaningful change in the disability community.
