About Rachel

Rachel Fuller is a compassionate leader and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience and progressive leadership to the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Her journey began as a per diem Direct Support Professional with Ken-a-Set, where she quickly discovered a calling to uplift individuals through inclusive, person-centered care.

Over the years, Rachel’s responsibilities and impact have steadily grown. After becoming a Team Leader in 2008 and mentoring new staff as a certified MANDT trainer, she took on the role of Residential Manager at SKILLS, Inc. in 2018. Today, she oversees operations for 11 residential homes and quarter-hour home supports, balancing strategy and systems with deep empathy and direct connection to the people served.

While working full-time in a demanding role, Rachel pursued and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis—culminating in her BCBA certification in 2025. This academic and clinical foundation enhances her ability to lead trauma-informed, behaviorally responsive services that honor autonomy and dignity.

Rachel is an alumna of the ANCOR Leadership Academy (Class of 2025) and now serves as a mentor for the Class of 2027. She continues to give back to the field by reviewing DSP of the Year nominations, moderating sessions at ANCOR conferences, and supporting the development of future leaders. Her career reflects a steadfast belief that strong supports begin with strong teams, and that everyone—regardless of role—deserves to be seen, valued, and supported.
