Zhali Kamara is a dedicated leader in quality improvement, compliance, and community living services, committed to enhancing efficiency, ensuring regulatory excellence, and driving sustainable outcomes in disability services. With a career spanning two decades at NCC, Zhali has held key leadership roles, continuously advancing policy development, operational enhancements, and program excellence to improve services for individuals with I/DD.
Beginning in 2004 as a Psychological Assistant in the School Program, Zhali transitioned into residential services in 2009 before moving into the Quality Department in 2015. Over the years, Zhali has led the NCC Quality team to achieve outstanding success, including passing five consecutive annual Provider Certifications. By 2024, after serving as Interim Director of Community Living Services, Zhali officially stepped into the role, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Zhali remains passionate about driving quality improvements, fostering a culture of compliance, and ensuring individuals with I/DD receive the highest level of support and care.
