ANCOR Foundation Opens Applications for Leadership Academy Class of 2025

Since 2017, the ANCOR Foundation’s Leadership Academy has cultivated the next generation of leaders in the field of intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services. Through training, mentorship and an array of networking opportunities, the Leadership Academy supports mid-career professionals to cultivate their experience and expertise to build their influence and reputation in the field.

Three cohorts of Leadership Academy participants have taken the next step to advance their careers in the field of disability services and supports. Now, applications are being accepted for the fourth cohort: the Leadership Academy Class of 2025.

The ANCOR Foundation will kick off its fourth Leadership Academy cohort in March 2023, with graduation from the immersive two-year program to be held at ANCOR’s 2025 Annual Conference. Learn more about eligibility criteria, program requirements and the application process.

Applications for the Leadership Academy are submitted online and are due December 14, 2022.
