The ANCOR Foundation works to lay the groundwork for a more inclusive future. One of the ways we work towards that is through our Self-Advocate Scholarship Program, which helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) go to ANCOR events where they can meet leaders, connect with others and grow their advocacy skills.

The Self-Advocate Scholarship Program helps pay for important costs like travel, hotel, meals, and registration fees. Are you a self-advocate who wants to attend ANCOR Connect ’26? Or do you know of a self-advocate who would like to apply?

Learn more about who’s eligible and apply online today! Applicants must complete an online application form. Applications to attend ANCOR Connect ’26 (April 21-23, 2026) are due by 11:59 pm PST on January 16, 2026.
