One of the ways the ANCOR Foundation works towards building a more inclusive future is through our Self-Advocate Scholarship Program, which helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) go to ANCOR events where they can meet leaders, connect with others and grow their advocacy skills. The Self-Advocate Scholarship Program helps pay for important costs like travel, hotel, meals, and registration fees.

We are excited to announce that applications are now open to attend ANCOR’s 2026 Policy Summit & Hill Day in Washington, DC!

Are you a self-advocate who wants to attend? Or do you know of a self-advocate who would like to apply? Learn more about who’s eligible and apply online today!

Applications to attend the 2026 Policy Summit & Hill Day (September 15-16, 2026) are due by 11:59 pm PDT on July 31, 2026.
